Domaine écologique des Roches Noires

Les Roches Noires is an open space dedicated to gastronomy, well-being and culture, hosting seminars and events all year round on a 4-hectare estate. It includes a permaculture farm, a learning area, an educational kitchen, a sales area and a processing area.
The workshop and educational kitchen, designed in collaboration with Starck-trained Italian architects, are the result of the complete renovation of a former cider mill dating from the 1980s, which was initially asbestos-contaminated. The new building, made from Landes maritime pine, is distinguished by its ecological character and energy self-sufficiency thanks to 200 m2 of solar panels. The seminar room, with its 5-meter high ceiling, benefits from natural light. The educational kitchen boasts a breathtaking view of the sea.
A unique setting conducive to creativity.
Suitable for plenary cocktail parties of up to 100 people, or for small workshops thanks to its modular spaces, this room inspires interaction and encourages the emergence of innovative ideas. The convivial semi-professional kitchen, open to the outside world, can be used for cooking classes, gourmet lunches and dinners, thanks to the chefs in residence at the Domaine.
This room is available for rental by the half-day, the day, or even in residence for more extensive projects, such as artist residencies, vernissages, exhibitions or training courses.
The permaculture farm, spread over 4 hectares above the famous Roches Noires cliffs on the Côte Fleurie road, embodies a vision where fruit and vegetables are grown with passion, respecting nature, soil, time and people. This privileged estate, facing the sea, offers a unique experience, punctuated by the tides and the seasons, reflecting the values of reasoned, local agriculture and a source of pleasure.
