Last Horse On The Sand

"Associating my own experience of Deauville with the poem La Petite Auto by Guillaume Apollinaire, these photographs present the city through the eyes of someone about to leave, and who could never return. An elegance instead, the perfect landscapes from the surface of Deauville reveal an internal landscape, memory and joy at the same time, reality mixed with imagination. "

The moon is falling and the tides are rising,
The clouds gather and the crowds dissolve,
From dark to light,
Another world is born,
The winds blow across the beach,
The last horse has left the sand.
