Hélène Bellenger
Photographe jeune talent du festival Planche(s) Contact 2016
Deauville Collection
After a law degree and a year of study in Rome, where she deepened her interest in photography, Hélène Bellenger turned to studies in art history and film history. She joined the École Nationale Supérieure de la Photographie in 2013.
For the Festival Planche(s) Contact, Hélène Bellenger has created a collection of objects. Their main characteristic is to represent the identity of the city and to promote its great symbols. The half-timbering has been redesigned in smartphone format, the canvas of the famous Deauville parasols has become a candle scent in its own right, the sand from Deauville's beaches is sold by order in 500g packets and the famous Galileo thoroughbred has become a top-of-the-range lampshade model for salons. The products "made in Deauville" made the national and international reputation of the city of the boards.
