As water is much more than a source of life and can also be a source of fun, the Communauté de Communes Cœur Côte Fleurie has decided to create a water discovery centre called "Algia". This unique area in the region is open during school holidays.

The Algia water discovery centre offers itineraries about water, its history, its journey from the source to houses, and helps you understand why it must be preserved. You can explore water in all its forms and better manage it. Children and adults have fun through two areas, both fun and educational:
- The discovery area: a quiz helps visitors discover, as in a treasure hunt, the information placed in the totems or on the windows. Let’s lift the shutters, look into a hole, launch a sound track, watch a video…
- The multimedia area: "Ça coule de source" is a show game whose principle is easy : let you team win answering to 3 series of 5 questions including video clips. The best player of each team is selected for the final "battle"!

Situated in Touques, in the building hosting the water treatment plant, the Centre Algia shows the commitment of the Coeur Côte Fleurie to preserve the environment, namely the quality of bathing water.
