This meditation session is to focus on your feelings, your breathing, your emotions and your thoughts. Contrary to popular belief, it is not a relaxation technique but a very simple way to see your state of mind. It is practiced to help you get back to sleep or to limit stress and anxiety.
The duration of the session depends on the level and needs of the participants. No prior training is necessary. The meditation session ends with an exchange around an Ayurvedic herbal tea for a moment of gentle reconnection to its external environment.
