They offer a magnificent view of the sea, which led many notables in the last century to build their villas here. The site is of international importance as a wintering ground for huitriers-pie. These and other limicolous species (curlews, sandpipers, redshanks...) come to feed on mollusks, bivalves and worms on the mussel beds as soon as they are uncovered by the tide. At low tide, the songs of all these birds can be heard.
Accompanied by a state-qualified instructor.
Duration: 2 hours. You must be able to swim.
