Nordic walking OTOP optimizes motor skills on all terrains by learning different movement techniques. This walk is a sporting and fun practice that improves our physical and proprioceptive capacities:
- Stride optimization
- Body hold
- Opening hands
- Position of the sticks
The activity alternates every other Saturday between Nordic Walking and Bungy Pump.
Walks led by qualified coaches.
