HATHA YOGA: Root of traditional Indian yoga, Hatha Yoga establishes a basic foundation including postures, breathing and meditation.
Duration: 1 hour.
ASHTANGA YOGA: More intense than other types of Yoga, Ashtanga tones, strengthens and sculpts the body: ideal for soothing the mind while burning calories.
Duration: 1 hour.
VINYASA YOGA: Traditional practice of dynamic synchronization of movements on the breath. Unlike Ashtanga, Vinyasa yoga is more free and creative because the series of postures are not imposed.
Duration: 1 hour.
YIN YOGA: Considered as gentle, this Yoga practice invites to stretch and open the body deeply and gently.
Duration: 1h to 1h30.
PILATES ON THE GROUND: Gentle gym combining deep breathing with physical exercises that tone and lengthen the deep muscles.
Duration: 1 hour.
PILATES ON MACHINES: On Cadillac or Reformer, a personalized course allowing in-depth work of all the muscles of the center of the body using straps, springs, bars and handles.
Duration: 1 hour.
BARRE GROUND: Method of warming up classical dance allowing to gain (waist, buttocks and legs), work flexibility, strengthen muscles, tone the body and straighten posture.
Duration: 1 hour.
