After 20 years in retail, Vanessa, an artist at heart with a passion for dance since childhood, decided to change her life and took up yoga.
The birth of this passion and the desire to become a professional led her to graduate in Hatha Yoga and pre- and post-natal yoga; she also trained in yoga for children and Indian Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. Today, it's with kindness and sincerity that she gives Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes at home or in her Inspire studio, a veritable cocoon in the heart of Deauville, where she also offers massages and sound baths.
PROGRAM
Hatha Yoga :
- Monday: 9h to 10h / 11h to 12h / 12h30 to 13h30
- Tuesday: 12:30 to 1:30 pm
- Wednesday: 2pm to 3pm / 6pm to 7pm
- Saturday: 2 pm to 3 pm / 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- Sunday: 10am to 11am / 12pm to 1pm
Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath :
- Monday: 18h to 19h
- Wednesday: 8pm to 9pm
- Sunday: 5pm to 6pm
Duration: 1 hour.
Classes open to all levels.
