Halfway between swimming and aqua aerobics, aqua-flippers is an activity that is still unknown, but just as beneficial. On the stomach, back or upright, swimmers wear flippers on their feet, providing more resistance in the water. Ideal to burn a maximum of calories, this sport solicits the lower body (calves, thighs and buttocks) thanks to the beats in the water, but also the abdominal strap, the back and the arms. Purpose: endurance is more advanced, cardio more worked.
Duration of a session: 30 minutes.
Please note: you must be able to swim for this activity, the rhythm is intense.
Exception: pool closed from Friday 16th to Sunday 18th June (Deauville triathlon) + Monday 25th December
