The practical guides have succeeded thematic travel guides which abound with incentives to discover the territory. Four points to develop our strategy

The working groups by sector bringing together socio-professionals, event organizers, associations and experts will multiply so that our tourist offer is better informed, analyzed, coordinated, communicated, whether it is to build the paper editions or our web pages. These groups already exist for the horse and tennis sector. Their object: to imagine what could improve the inDeauville offer in each segment of the tourism market.
New areas will be approached such as heritage, parks, gardens and hiking in addition to the renewal of the countryside such as gastronomy, horse riding or the coast.
In 2019, after an experimental year, the guides will be accompanied by tourist offers exclusively marketed by the tourist information offices inDeauville and online on the site. Their distribution will develop to ensure greater visibility.

Heritage, a priority theme in 2019

A priority campaign: heritage, because culture and heritage are the primary reasons for visiting our territory, 2019 will be devoted to the production of tools of seduction that will consolidate this positioning. “Map leaflets” containing photos, maps and addresses will be published to guide visitors. Four editions are planned for 2019:
Seaside heritage
Artistic heritage
Historical patrimony
Religious heritage.

These guides will be accompanied by a program of guided tours which will become consistent. Finally, a web-series will highlight the great “must-haves” of heritage.

New: the directory of activities and accommodation

This new guide will be published to meet the needs of visitors who are waiting for general information. Designed as a repertoire, it will be released in May. It can be given in addition to a city map for example.

Quarterly calendars to support events

They will be renewed identically to 2019 to continue to build loyalty to the events and activities of the territory in all their diversity.
