BENERVILLE-SUR-MER AND ITS SECRET GARDEN
Bénerville-sur-Mer has many stories: Gallimard, the first owner of Château Gabriel; Yves Saint-Laurent, its second owner; Calouste Gulbenkian, one of the greatest art collectors of the 20th century. He created a garden at Bénerville-sur-Mer, planted with rare species. The place is open in summer.
Must-see: the sunsets on the beach. The batteries of Mont-Canisy which can be visited free of charge at regular dates.
