21 KM RUN AMONG SEA, VALLEYS AND MARSHES
This race in the nature is great to enjoy sport and discover the amazing Pays d’Auge seaside and countryside landscapes.

Four loop races are open to everybody, both members of a sports federation and not. The athletes can choose the race that best fits their physical condition: 21 km, 10 km, 5 km and kids race. The 21-km course with an ascending elevation of 285 m stretches along the beach and wetlands up to the Mont-Canisy through the GR (Grande Randonnée) footpath, then downward towards the wetlands and the sea.

The headquarters of the event is the Place du Marché in Blonville-sur-Mer, departure point of several races; a “village” about sport, wellness and ecology, where about thirty exhibitors gather is also found. Prizes are awarded to the three top-ranked athletes in the general classification and the first-ranked for each race category. Any athletes are receiving a prize to keep an unforgettable memory of this challenge!

The 21-km run among sea, mountains and marshes is also a nice opportunity to support a good cause: the money collected through registrations is allocated to an association. For the 2nd edition of this event, part of the collected amount is allocated to the project of Marion Joffle, a 19-year-old girl who is training to cross the English Channel in September 2020 to fight against cancer on children. This initiative is supported by the Institut Curie.
